Where's my order?

All of my ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via email from BookFunnel. The email with a link to download will be sent as soon as your purchase is completed. If you don't see the email from BookFunnel in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam folder. You can also find all the books you've purchased in your BookFunnel library. If you still need help, reach out to BookFunnel directly at help@bookfunnel.com or via BookFunnel's help page.

For physical items, they'll be shipped within 7 business days, and you'll be provided tracking information. If you don't receive your order after 14 days for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders, be sure to reach out to shop@irismorland.com so we can help.

Can I read/listen on my eReader?

For eBooks, absolutely. Just follow the directions in the BookFunnel email you received after purchase to get your eBook downloaded onto your eReader.

For audiobooks, you'll only be able to listen to them in the BookFunnel app or in your browser.

Help, my BookFunnel codes have expired!

You have 14 days to download your books from BookFunnel. If your codes expire, though, just reach out to BookFunnel (help@bookfunnel.com or via BookFunnel's help page) to request new ones. Be sure to use the same email address you used for your BookFunnel account.

Why don't you have all your audiobooks for sale?

A few of my series were produced through a publisher, and so I can't sell them directly. These include The Youngers, Heron's Landing, and The Flower Shop Sisters. All three series, though, are available in audio on such sites as Audible, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Chirp, etc. They can also be borrowed through libraries.
